Welcome to ImageTrophy.com, owned and operated by IMAGE ENGRAVERS AND PRINTS, a Partnership Firm registered in India.

Business Details

By accessing or using this website, placing an order, or making a payment, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

1. Eligibility

By using our website, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years of age or are using the website under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
  • The information you provide is accurate and complete.
  • You are legally capable of entering into binding contracts under applicable Indian laws.

  • Other customised gifting solutions

3. Customised Products

Many of our products are customised according to customer requirements, including engraving, printing, branding, names, logos, or personalised text.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all submitted artwork, spellings, names, logos, dimensions, and other specifications are accurate before order confirmation.

IMAGE ENGRAVERS AND PRINTS shall not be responsible for errors arising from incorrect information provided by the customer.

4. Pricing

  • All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR).
  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
  • Applicable taxes, including GST, shall be charged wherever applicable.
  • Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout.

5. Payments

We currently accept secure online payments through authorised payment partners, including Razorpay.

Accepted payment methods may include:

  • UPI
  • Debit Cards
  • Credit Cards
  • Net Banking
  • Other payment methods supported by Razorpay

Orders will be processed only after successful payment confirmation.

We reserve the right to cancel any transaction suspected of fraud, unauthorised activity, or misuse.

6. Order Confirmation

After placing an order:

  • You will receive an order confirmation.
  • Acceptance of an order is subject to payment verification and product availability.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order without assigning a reason. Any eligible payment received for such cancelled orders will be refunded.

7. Shipping & Delivery

Processing Time

Orders are generally processed within 2–5 business days.

Customised or bulk corporate orders may require additional processing time depending on the complexity and quantity.

Delivery Timeline

Estimated delivery:

  • Within Maharashtra: 2–4 business days
  • Rest of India: 4–8 business days

These timelines are estimates only and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, public holidays, strikes, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Delivery dates are not guaranteed.

8. Returns

We strive to deliver products in excellent condition.

Eligible products may be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery, provided they are:

  • Unused
  • Undamaged
  • In original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Returns that do not satisfy these conditions may be declined.

9. Non-Returnable Products

The following items are generally not eligible for return or exchange unless they are defective, damaged during transit, or supplied incorrectly:

  • Custom engraved trophies
  • Personalised awards
  • Printed gifts
  • Corporate branded merchandise
  • Special-order products
  • Products manufactured according to customer specifications

10. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive:

  • a damaged product,
  • a defective product, or
  • an incorrect item,

please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing support@imagetrophy.com

  • the product,
  • the packaging,
  • and the shipping label.

After verification, we may provide a replacement, repair, or refund, as appropriate.

11. Refund Policy

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method.

Refund processing generally takes 5–10 business days, depending on the payment provider or banking institution.

Shipping charges, handling charges, and customisation charges may not be refundable unless the return is due to our error.

12. Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled only before production or shipment begins.

Orders that have already entered production, engraving, printing, packaging, or dispatch may not be cancelled.

Customised orders cannot normally be cancelled once production has commenced.

13. User Accounts

Customers who create an account are responsible for:

  • maintaining account confidentiality,
  • protecting login credentials,
  • ensuring information remains accurate.

Users are responsible for all activities conducted under their accounts.

14. Intellectual Property

All website content, including:

  • logos,
  • graphics,
  • product designs,
  • text,
  • images,
  • software,
  • trademarks,

belongs to IMAGE ENGRAVERS AND PRINTS or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

No content may be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, or commercially exploited without prior written permission.

15. Customer Content

Customers uploading logos, artwork, or designs confirm that:

  • they own the intellectual property rights, or
  • they possess valid authorisation to use such material.

Customers agree to indemnify IMAGE ENGRAVERS AND PRINTS against any claims arising from infringement of third-party rights.

16. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, IMAGE ENGRAVERS AND PRINTS shall not be liable for:

  • indirect damages,
  • consequential losses,
  • business interruption,
  • loss of profits,
  • loss of goodwill,
  • delays caused by third-party courier services,
  • events beyond reasonable control.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the relevant order.

17. Prohibited Activities

Users shall not:

  • misuse the website,
  • attempt unauthorised access,
  • distribute malware,
  • engage in fraudulent transactions,
  • violate applicable laws,
  • interfere with website operations.

Violations may result in account suspension, order cancellation, and legal action.
